This Privacy Policy informs you how we collect, store, use and discluse the information, including personal information, and data that you provide or we collect when you use our application(the “App”). Please note that this Privacy Policy only concerns information and data collected or received by us through your use of the App.
Collection of Information
Collection from the App:
When you access or use the App, we do not automatically collect any personal information about you. If we need to collect personal information from you, we will ask for your permission.
We collect technical and usage information: (1) certain technical information about your mobile device, including mobile device ID (IFDA, Google Advertising ID or other identifiers), system language, and version of your operating system; and (2) usage statistics about your interactions with the App, including but not limited to highscores, play count, and last play date.
Collection from other source:
If you sign into the App using a third party site or platform such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Service, we access information about you from that site or platform, such as your screen name, profile information and friend lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third party site or platform provided that you have given the third party site in question such consent.
Use of Information
We use information collected through the App for the following purposes.
Technical and Usage Information:
- To provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information as requested by you;
- To provide and maintain the App and the game experiences;
- To provide news and information about the Aoo that we think will be of interest to you;
- To personalize and improve the Aoo and provide tailored content and features;
- To provide children with reasonable contectual advertisements in the App;
- To provide non-child users that have given us consent to share their advertising IDs with our Advertising Network Partners for the purpose of serviving them with personalized advertisement in the App.
Information from other source:
- To provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information; and
- To link or combine information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service.
Share of Information
Other players:
If you log into the App using a third party site or platform such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Service, your information will be disclosed to other players in order to provide certain in-app features, such as leaderboards and achievements.
Advertising Networks:
We share your advertising ID to advertising network companies for the purpose of them serving contextural advertisements to you within the App.

You understand and agree that we may be required to disclose any personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, including but not limited to a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of the public. Note that we are not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that we may receive.
Storage of Information
We do not store your personal information.

The App may contain links to other sites. The fact that the App links to a site or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that we endorse or authorize that third party, nor is it a representation of our affiliation with that third party. We are in no way responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites to which you chose to access from the App.
Security
We takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. Also please note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so we discourage you from sending us personal information through these mediums.
Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
